# Troubleshooting

## An audience link shows “not found”

Check that:

- The talk is running.
- You shared the generated audience link, not an owner workspace URL.
- The relevant feature is enabled.
- The talk or question has not been deleted.

Built-in feedback also requires a running talk. Finishing the talk closes it.

## I cannot create another talk or question

Check [Plans and limits](plans-and-limits.md). On Free, the question limit is account-wide. Duplicating a talk also requires room to create a talk.

## Audience Questions or Live Reactions cannot be enabled

These features require Premium. Check Billing and your account's available capabilities, then enable the feature in the talk workspace.

## Feedback opens a different website

An external feedback URL is configured. Change or remove it in the Feedback card.

External results belong to that service; they will not appear as Inalia feedback.

## I see participation live, but nothing was saved

Check whether demo mode is enabled. Demo answers, audience questions, and feedback are not persisted.

Turn demo mode off before collecting real participation. Events already demonstrated in demo mode cannot be recovered as saved responses.

## Results look wrong after editing a question

Changing the type or choice values does not convert old answers. Review whether the saved answers still match the configuration.

Use a new question for a changed survey. Clearing answers is permanent; do not clear them unless you intend to discard the existing data.

## The dashboard is not updating

Check the realtime status, use **Refresh**, and check your connection. Periodic refresh can update saved data, but transient live reactions and highlight events are not a replayable history.

If access changed, reload and sign in again.

## A command could not be confirmed

Refresh the relevant view before retrying. A lost confirmation does not prove the original action failed.

## My emoji does not appear on the presentation

Confirm that Live Reactions is enabled, the talk is running, and your presentation integration is connected.

The talk has a shared delivery limit, so rapid clicks may be silently dropped. Reactions are not stored for later replay.

## A Slidev snippet does not work on its own

Generated component markup requires a compatible presentation integration. Confirm the integration's configuration, token permissions, talk, and question number.

Use freshly generated output after finishing if you need a static result snapshot.
