Feedback

Collect saved reactions and messages or direct people to an external service.

Feedback

Feedback helps you review how your audience experienced a talk. It is distinct from transient live reactions and is available on Free and Premium.

Use Inalia's feedback form

  1. Enable Feedback in the talk workspace.
  2. Keep the talk running.
  3. Share the generated feedback link.
  4. Review saved feedback reactions and messages from your owner workspace.

Written feedback must contain 5–280 characters.

The owner feedback views let you review collected messages and feedback reaction totals.

Collect feedback before finishing

Although feedback is often requested at the end of a presentation, Inalia's built-in participation pages currently require the talk to remain running.

Choosing Finish closes the built-in form. Leave the talk running for your feedback window, then finish it when collection is complete.

Use an external feedback URL

Choose Use External URL in the Feedback card to configure another feedback service. Use Change Feedback URL to update it.

The short feedback link redirects to that URL instead of Inalia's built-in form. External collection and its results are managed by that service, not by Inalia.

A configured external redirect is available for running or finished talks, but not disabled talks. It is separate from the built-in Feedback toggle.

Remove the external URL and enable Feedback to return to Inalia's built-in form.

Demo participation

Feedback messages and reactions submitted in demo mode are not saved. Disable demo mode before collecting real feedback.
