Talk workspace

The talk workspace is the control center for status, participation features, questions, and feedback.

Choose Run before directing people to public participation pages.

Audience Q&A dashboard

While the talk is running, choose Dashboard in the Status card.

The dashboard lists audience questions ordered by votes, with newest questions first when votes are tied.

Select a question to broadcast a highlight to the connected presentation. Choose Remove Highlight to clear the presentation overlay.

“Previously highlighted” records history; it does not mean the question is currently displayed.

Highlighting requires a connected presentation that consumes these events. The dashboard itself is not your slide deck. Highlighting is unavailable in demo mode.

Question results

For polls and text questions, open the question and choose Live presenter results. This view is separate from the audience Q&A dashboard.

Use the audience short link for submissions; do not share your owner-only result-management URL as an answer link.

Connection and screen controls

The dashboard displays realtime connection status and periodically refreshes its data. Refresh requests an updated view.

Keep Screen Awake asks the browser to prevent screen sleep. Availability depends on the browser and device.

If an action reports that its result could not be confirmed, refresh before deciding whether to submit it again. Do not assume a failed confirmation means the action never happened.
